Once your distance Energetic Imbalance Release and Integration session is booked, I will email you with the date and time that I will be connecting energetically for your session. You do not need to do anything special during that time unless you would like to. Some clients choose to rest, reflect, or create a quiet moment for themselves, but this is not required. The energetic work will be directed toward you whether you are resting or going about your normal day.
After the session is complete, I will send a follow-up email that includes a session report with what was identified during the work as well as simple integration suggestions to support your body and mind as the shifts process.
