Sexual Solicitation Policy

Spiral Quest Healing is a professional therapeutic massage and wellness practice. All services provided are strictly non-sexual in nature and are performed within the scope of professional massage therapy and wellness services.

Any form of sexual solicitation, sexual comments, inappropriate behavior, sexual advances, requests for sexual services, intentional exposure, inappropriate touching, or any other conduct deemed inappropriate by the practitioner will result in the immediate termination of the session.

If a session is terminated due to inappropriate conduct:

• The session will end immediately, regardless of the amount of time remaining.
• The client will be required to leave the premises immediately.
• The full scheduled service fee will be charged to the card on file, with no refund provided.
• Law enforcement may be contacted, and a police report may be filed.
• Spiral Quest Healing reserves the right to pursue any available legal remedies, including criminal charges where applicable.
• The client will be permanently prohibited from booking future services.

By scheduling and attending an appointment, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy. Spiral Quest Healing maintains a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and practitioners, and any behavior that compromises that environment will not be tolerated.
