We’ll begin by discussing your goals, stress levels, and areas where you feel stuck or depleted. From there, I’ll intuitively combine energy balancing techniques, sound, and other supportive tools to help restore balance and promote deep relaxation. Each session is unique and tailored to what your mind and body need most in that moment.

Private Group Sound Bath
Private sound baths require full payment at time of booking and are non-refundable.
TO ENSURE EVERYONE’S COMFORT: For 6 person sound baths at least one person will need to be seated in a chair and for 7 person sound baths 2 will be in chairs. I have two comfortable chairs with foot rests available for any booking.
