Fundraiser and Sponsership Policies

I love supporting my community through fundraisers and charitable events. To ensure transparency and fairness, I follow the guidelines below when donating services, gift certificates, or raffle items.

1. Registered Nonprofits & Schools

I prioritize donations to registered nonprofits and schools. Donations may include service gift certificates or curated gift baskets depending on the event.

Requirements:

• The organization must be a registered nonprofit, school, or school-affiliated program.

• Donations must be used specifically for the purpose described in the request (ex: auction, raffle, fundraising event, etc.).

• If the fundraiser is promoted publicly, I appreciate being tagged in social media posts or receiving a copy of the event flyer when possible. This helps participants know the donation is legitimate and connected to my business.

2. Private Team or Individual Fundraisers

I occasionally support private teams, clubs, or individual fundraising efforts (such as sports teams) through a raffle-style fundraiser.

For these fundraisers:

• The organizer is responsible for selling raffle tickets and collecting the funds.

• The organizer sets the ticket price and keeps all funds raised for the fundraiser.

• The organizer collects entrant contact information (name, phone number, and email).

• The contact list is provided to me, and I will draw the raffle winner on the agreed-upon date.

• I will provide the gift certificate directly to the winner.

For transparency, I ask that:

• I am tagged in any social media posts promoting the fundraiser or

• I receive a copy of the event flyer or promotional materials.

This ensures participants know the donation is legitimate and that I am connected to the fundraiser.

Bonus Offer for Raffle Participants

For raffles I sponsor, anyone who enters but does not win will receive a 30% off any service offer as a thank-you for supporting the fundraiser. This can help make the raffle more appealing and potentially increase participation.

Donation Limits

To ensure I can continue supporting community efforts while maintaining my business schedule, donations may be limited based on availability throughout the year.

Requesting a Donation

When requesting a donation, please include:

• Organization or team name

• Type of fundraiser

• Date of event or raffle drawing

• How the funds will be used

• Contact person and phone/email

Giveaway and Raffle Redemption Policy

All prizes awarded through fundraisers, social media giveaways, raffles, drawings, community events, vendor events, or other promotional activities hosted by Spiral Quest Healing must be redeemed within six (6) months of the date the winner is announced.

Winners are responsible for scheduling and redeeming their prize before the expiration date. Any prize not redeemed within six months will be considered forfeited and will have no cash value, credit value, or transfer value. Expired prizes may not be extended, exchanged, transferred to another individual, or applied toward other services, memberships, products, or promotions.

By participating in any giveaway, raffle, fundraiser, or promotional drawing, participants acknowledge and agree to these terms.
